Overview The Primary Care Medical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight for primary care services within Beebe Healthcare in partnership with director of advanced practice clinicians and director of operations. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for providers and staff. Expected administrative responsibilities is 50% of an FTE. Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Oversee the clinical performance of primary care, and urgent care clinicians Ensure adherence to current clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices. Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes. Operational Oversight: Collaborate with administrative leadership to align clinical operations with organizational goals. Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for primary care and urgent care services Support the integration of all medical specialties across BMG Compliance
