We’re partnering with a well-respected company in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire, to find a skilled professional who is passionate about excellence and customer satisfaction., * Servicing and maintaining fire alarm, security alarm, emergency lighting, and DDA compliant systems.

Conducting fault diagnosis and responding promptly to fire and security alarm fault calls.

Completing maintenance reports, site surveys, and van stock/condition reports.

Being part of the on-call rota and working overtime/weekends as required.

Providing outstanding customer service, including system demonstrations and training.

Assisting other departments as needed and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures.

Extensive knowledge of fire and security systems installations and maintenance.

Proficiency with Kentec, Advanced, Morley, Texecom, Galaxy, Paxton, and Hikvision systems.

FIA certifications (1, 2/3, 6) and commissioning experience are advantageous.
