Our client is a venture-backed FoodTech business who markets, cooks and delivers on behalf of brands. Having grown exponentially since inception, working with over 40 brands, they have set their sights on London as their next growth market. This is a unique opportunity to get involved with a very successful company from the ground up.
We are looking for a Central Kitchen Manager who has proven experience managing a busy London central kitchen to help build and grow this new UK company. Already established in Dubai, this company is looking to establish themselves in the online restaurant delivery sector with a central kitchen and restaurant groups ready to go from February 2019.
Reporting directly into the MD, we are looking for a CKM with a proven track record of managing a busy central kitchen with a multi-cuisine and QS background. This is a real opportunity for someone to get in at ground level and make a huge impact in this highly lucrative sector of the food industry.
