We are looking for a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up and take over a well-run, stable kitchen. The operation blends restaurant, functions and hotel guests, giving real variety. This is a small, family-led group where people genuinely stay; the current Head Chef is moving internally after 10 years. You'll have the backing of an experienced Group Chef, a settled brigade of 11, and a business that actually invests in its people and sites.
