Hybrid working is also a possibility for this role. You will be part of a small, dynamic team with rapid expansion plans. This group is looking for a 360 Marketing Manager to lead the brand, the strategy and delivery with a small but growing team. This role would suit somebody who is creative, can drive the department, but also understands the analytics behind everything.
The company currently has 2 main properties and is about to add a 3rd, taking it up to nearly 500 rooms. These rooms have a boutique, luxury feel, and with further expansion plans, the Marketing & Brand piece is critical. It’s a young company with a friendly office vibe and a culture rooted in ownership and collaboration.
The role includes:
- To grow and elevate the brand in the market
- To create inspiring strategies around the brand
- To drive direct bookings over different platforms
- To manage the CRM and grow the quality
- To understand SEO & Paid advertising
- To manage and plan budgets with directors
- To work with partners and supporting agencies
