We are currently seeking dedicated Domiciliary Carers to join our growing team and provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a range of needs, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. This is a rewarding role for someone who genuinely cares and wants to improve the daily lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of hoists and other equipment
- Support with medication administration and record-keeping
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Carry out light domestic duties (e.g., laundry, cleaning)
- Promote independence and encourage client involvement in daily activities
- Follow individual care plans and report changes in health or well-being
Requirements:
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
