We are looking for compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting clients in their own homes to live independently, safely, and with dignity. This is a truly rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your support has a direct, positive impact on someone’s quality of life.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Assisting with mobility and safe transfers (including hoists where required)
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Carrying out light household duties (cleaning, laundry)
  • Encouraging independence and involvement in daily activities
  • Following care plans and reporting any changes in wellbeing

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine passion for caring for others
  • Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy individuals
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid by us)
