Are you a caring, reliable individual who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting clients in their own homes to live independently, safely, and with dignity. This is a truly rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your support has a direct, positive impact on someone’s quality of life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with mobility and safe transfers (including hoists where required)
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Carrying out light household duties (cleaning, laundry)
- Encouraging independence and involvement in daily activities
- Following care plans and reporting any changes in wellbeing
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy individuals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid by us)
