We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Full-Time Hotel Receptionist to join our team at a well-established hotel and spa set in beautiful countryside surroundings. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handling reservations, enquiries, and telephone calls.
- Responding to guest requests and resolving queries promptly.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Liaising with housekeeping, food and beverage, and management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Providing information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Assisting with administrative duties and maintaining reception standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using computers and booking systems (training provided).
