Bee Happy are seeking a sous chef for our clients stunning hotel. 35kpa 45 hrs per week plus tips. Live in available 350 per month, free gym use!
As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in the efficient operation of the kitchen. You will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and managing kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Duties:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation
- Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
