Bee Happy are seeking a sous for our clients stunning hotel in Chichester area. 32k pa for 40 hours per week, overtime available and paid on top. Tips 300 per month minimum. No live in available.
As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in the efficient operation of the kitchen. You will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and managing kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Duties:
