We’re growing fast, and we’re on the lookout for freelance support specialists who can offer seamless, confidential, and hands-on assistance across a wide variety of tasks. You might be booking flights one day, coordinating property viewings the next, and helping manage a CEO’s inbox or private diary the day after that. This isn’t a VA agency role. Our clients are discerning, often high-net-worth, and expect a level of emotional intelligence, initiative, and discretion that goes well beyond admin.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing life logistics (bookings, research, errands, scheduling)
- Inbox and calendar support
- Booking travel, restaurants, appointments, and coordinating itineraries
- Sourcing gifts, organising home services, managing “life admin”
- Supporting business owners and founders with light operations and project support
- Using tools like Outlook, Microsoft 365, ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Canva
You’ll Need:
- Fluent English speaker (written and spoken), clear, professional communication is essential
- Confident supporting clients in UK time zones
- 5+ years of experience in PA, EA, VA, lifestyle management, or concierge support
- Fully remote, with reliable availability
- Confidence with Microsoft Outlook and modern productivity tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Pay & Structure:
- Above average hourly rate, increasing after 6 months
