The predicted salary is between 2240 - 2400 £ per month.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a 50MW Battery Energy Storage (BESS) project in Aberdeen. This role will support the Principal Contractor on a large scale energy infrastructure scheme, overseeing site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently. The project is civil heavy and will suit someone with experience in energy infrastructure, substations, BESS, solar, EV or similar civils environments.

Duties will include:

  • Managing day to day site operations
  • Overseeing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site
  • Ensuring all works comply with CDM regulations and health & safety standards
  • Liaising with engineers, project teams and client representatives
  • Reviewing drawings, site progress and programme delivery
  • Maintaining site documentation and reporting

Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Previous BESS, substation, solar, EV or energy infrastructure experience preferred
  • Strong civils background
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate works on site

Rate: £280 to £300 per shift depending on experience. Candidates available immediately or at short notice are encouraged to apply.
