Role Overview
Bee Construction, trading as Site Managers, is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Site Manager to join an existing live project in the Swansea area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sprinkler related works on site
- Work alongside pipe fitters and racking contractors
- Manage health and safety on site
- Prepare daily reports and site paperwork
- Keep the programme moving
- Communicate with the client and wider site team effectively
- Take over from the current Site Manager through a short handover period
Requirements
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid certification
- CSCS card
- Previous experience as a Site Manager
- Experience managing subcontractors and site paperwork
- Good communication skills and the ability to take over a live site confidently
Preferred Qualifications
- Sprinkler experience
- Racking or warehouse project experience
- Black CSCS Card
