Support the commercial management of social housing maintenance works, operating within schedule of rates contracts. The role involves cost control, valuations, variations and subcontractor support across high-volume works.
Key Duties:
- Assist with valuations and payments under schedule of rates (must have a good knowledge of this)
- Support cost tracking, forecasts and monthly reporting
- Measure works and assess variations
- Assist with subcontractor procurement and applications
