We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery and installation of a temporary modular school project in the Middlesbrough area. This role will involve managing the full installation process from delivery and crane lifts through to fit out completion, coordinating both directly employed teams and subcontractors on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day site operations
- Overseeing modular delivery and installation sequencing
- Coordinating crane lifts and logistics
- Managing subcontractors and directly employed personnel
- Maintaining programme and site safety standards
- Site reporting and communication with project stakeholders
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial or modular projects
- Strong coordination and logistics mindset
- Experience managing mixed site teams
- Confidence running live sites and maintaining programme flow
- Excellent health and safety awareness
