We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with strong roofing knowledge to oversee social housing projects across the region. This is a hands-on role managing roofing programmes from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social housing roofing contracts and programmes
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects run on time, within budget, and to specification
- Maintain high health & safety standards
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks
- Liaise with clients, housing associations, and residents
- Monitor performance and provide regular reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing contracts within social housing
- Strong knowledge of roofing works (repairs, replacements, planned works)
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable: SMSTS, construction or roofing qualifications, experience with housing associations or local authorities.
