We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to run two small but detailed hospitality projects based in West London. Each site is around one thousand square feet and both are within a short travel distance of each other. You will be responsible for managing day to day activity, overseeing deliveries, coordinating trades, maintaining quality, and reporting back to the Project Manager.
This role requires a manager who is confident moving between two high specification café and bar refurbishments. The work is detailed and joinery heavy, so strong attention to detail is essential.
Mandatory accreditations:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS card
Preferred experience and accreditations:
- Background in hospitality, café, bar or restaurant refurbishments
- Carpentry or joinery understanding
- Experience running small but detailed fit outs
- Asbestos Awareness
- IOSH or NEBOSH
- Proven ability to manage two live sites
