The Role:

  • Overseeing internal refurb projects (voids in Birmingham, occupied modernisations in Cheltenham)
  • Managing the strip-out and full refurbishment of bathrooms and kitchens
  • Liaising with trades (bathroom fitters, plumbers, tilers, etc.)
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and delivery of multiple jobs to programme

Must-Have:

  • SMSTS & First Aid
  • Background in kitchens/bathrooms – ideal if you’ve worked your way up from the tools
  • Comfortable overseeing multiple trades and managing client expectations

Package:

  • £47,000 – £50,000 per year CIS
