Bee Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a live fitness facility in Oxford. This is a non-working Site Manager position, responsible for managing the day to day running of the project, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained throughout. The project forms part of a nationwide refurbishment programme for one of the UK's leading fitness operators, with further work available for the right candidate.

Duties include:

  • Managing day to day site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors
  • Leading daily site briefings and client meetings
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance
  • Reviewing RAMS and permits where required
  • Monitoring programme and quality of works
  • Liaising with the Project Manager and Project Director
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and well organised site
  • Reporting progress throughout the project

Essential Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Previous retail, commercial fit out or refurbishment experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
