Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a façade remediation project in Liverpool. The role involves overseeing the removal of combustible materials and ensuring compliance with the latest fire safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the façade remediation project from inception to completion.
- Ensure adherence to fire safety regulations and high-rise construction standards.
- Coordinate with the site manager and oversee subcontractors and labour teams.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing high-rise construction projects, particularly façade remediation.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations for high-rise buildings.
