Bee Construction, trading as Site Managers, is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Site Manager for a project in the Kettering area. This role is expected to be very similar to an existing live project the client is already delivering. The works are understood to involve overseeing a sprinkler installation within a logistics and warehouse environment, working alongside specialist contractors on site.
At this stage, some finer details are still being confirmed, but the client is looking for someone who can step in quickly, run the site properly, communicate well, and keep the paperwork, reporting and day to day coordination under control.
The role is likely to include:
- Overseeing sprinkler installation works on site
- Managing day to day site activity
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades
- Managing health and safety on site
- Completing daily paperwork and reporting
- Keeping the programme moving and communicating clearly with the client
To be considered, you must have:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS card
- Previous experience as a Site Manager
- Strong paperwork, reporting and communication skills
- The ability to manage subcontractors and keep a project running smoothly
Ideally, you will also have:
- Previous sprinkler experience
- Racking or warehouse project experience
- Black CSCS Card
Rate is £280 per shift, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
