Bee Construction are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a solar farm project based near Maidstone / Paddock Wood, Kent. The role starts Monday and will involve overseeing civils works on site, including a concrete pour. The ideal person will have a strong civils background and previous experience working on solar farm, BESS, substation, utilities or energy infrastructure projects.

Duties will include:
- Overseeing civils works on site
- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors
- Managing a concrete pour
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and to programme
- Site inductions and toolbox talks
- Daily reporting and progress updates
- Checking RAMS are followed on site
- Maintaining site standards and health and safety compliance
- Liaising with the client and site team
Requirements:
