We are looking for an experienced HVAC / Refrigeration Site Supervisor to oversee a major commercial air conditioning installation project in Sheffield. This is a long-term opportunity on a large DX and VRF installation where you will act as the main point of contact for the package on site, working alongside the project team and supervising installation engineers throughout the programme. This is a non-working supervisory role.

The Role

  • Supervising HVAC and refrigeration engineers on site
  • Attending DABS meetings and site meetings
  • Managing RAMS and permits
  • Monitoring installation quality and workmanship
  • Liaising with the client, project teams and subcontractors
  • Producing site reports and progress updates
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme

Requirements

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Card
  • Previous experience supervising HVAC, Air Conditioning or Refrigeration installations
  • Experience managing engineers and subcontractors
  • Strong health and safety knowledge
  • Good communication and organisational skills
