Multi Trader in Bromsgrove

About the Role

We\’re looking for a skilled Multi Trader with proven experience in carpentry and plastering to join our team working on a busy social housing contract. No two days are the same – one day you might be repairing stud walls or hanging doors, the next you\’re carrying out patch plastering or full room skim work. If you like variety, take pride in your workmanship, and can adapt quickly, this role will suit you perfectly.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out carpentry works including repairs, installations, and general maintenance.
• Completing plastering tasks ranging from small patches to full wall/ceiling skims.
• Responding to day-to-day repairs and maintenance calls within occupied and void properties.
• Diagnosing issues and delivering high-quality solutions safely and efficiently.
• Collaborating with tenants and site teams, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Working independently, planning your own workload, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What You\’ll Need

• ✔ Time-served carpenter with solid trade background
• ✔ Competent plasterer with finishing skills
• ✔ Previous experience working in social housing or similar environments
• ✔ Full UK driving licence
• ✔ Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• ✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Nice to have (but not essential): Multi-skilled across other trades (tiling, basic plumbing, patch painting, etc.)
