We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to support a short term project in Bexhill on Sea. This is a compliance focused, client facing supervision role on a live construction site, supporting a Tier contractor environment.
Project Overview
- Location: Bexhill on Sea
- Duration: Phase 1 approximately 2 weeks, Phase 2 approximately 1 week around Easter
- Start: Expected shortly, subject to Kier site training
Role Responsibilities
- Daily site supervision and presence
- RAMS checks and compliance monitoring
- Site reports and basic paperwork
- Liaison with contractor site management
- Ensuring safe systems of work are followed
- General site oversight
This is not a technically complex build, but strong site presence and professionalism are essential.
Essential Requirements
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS card
- Experience working on Tier contractor sites
- Strong understanding of RAMS and site compliance
- Ability to attend Kier Black Hat training on site
- Professional, client facing manner
