To add to our existing team of dedicated staff, Bedspace is seeking to recruit an experienced Team Manager to oversee and manage the Placements across Liverpool Residential Pathway. Reporting to the Registered Service Manager, (RSM) the Team Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service working within the OFSTED Framework for Supported Accommodation. You will work with our dedicated housing team to ensure high standards are maintained in each property.
T his is a Permanent role, offering a salary of £ 38,488.05 per annum. You will be based at the Liverpool Office but will be required to work across the region to ensure an optimum support service is delivered to our Residential Placements. Working 37.5 hours per week.
You will work with our Exceptional HR team and be a key player involved in recruitment, inductions and managing best performance of the Support Team.
