We are looking for an Operations Support Assistant to support our Operations Support team in the Liverpool office. You will help with all aspects of front office support and administration, ensuring our Service Delivery team have all the help they need to concentrate on the service users they support. A growing team spread across all our offices, we need someone organised and accurate who loves people, a busy working environment and can cope with the unexpected!

About you

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working within this sector and have proven experience in a similar Operations Support role.

  • Previous experience in customer service and handling phone calls.
  • Travel to other locations may be required, so ideally you will hold a full driving licence.
  • Competent with Microsoft packages.
  • High level of numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and react to unforeseen issues in an ever-changing work environment.
  • Proactive and intuitive approach to tasks.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary Details:

£27,536.25-£31,470 per year depending on experience and appointed grade. £34,375.24 per annum inclusive of sleep rate.
