About the Role

Are you passionate about developing people and creating engaging learning experiences? At Bedspace, we're looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to help shape and deliver our learning and development programmes, supporting colleagues across the organisation to develop the skills and knowledge needed to make a real difference. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering training, managing our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting new starter inductions, and contributing to projects such as career pathways, leadership development, and our Talent Academy. The role is primarily based in Liverpool, with occasional travel to our offices in Manchester, Preston and Leeds. Home working is available, subject to business needs.

About You

You’re a natural team player who’s passionate about creating learning experiences that inspire and support growth. You bring experience in both digital and face‑to‑face learning, are comfortable with learning management systems, and enjoy working with colleagues across all levels. With strong organisational and communication skills, you can manage multiple projects and adapt to new challenges. If you have a positive, can‑do attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging face‑to‑face and online training sessions.
  • Coordinate and deliver new starter inductions.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System.
  • Create and update learning materials and digital content.
  • Monitor training compliance and learning records.
  • Support apprenticeship and development programmes.
  • Work with managers to identify and address learning needs.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering training, coaching, or learning programmes.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, positive approach and a passion for developing others.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.

Salary: £35,731.88 per annum inclusive of sleep rate (Children's Residential)
