Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients such as chopping, cutting, and marinating as per recipes. Measure and mix ingredients following standardized recipes and specifications. Ensure all dishes meet the company’s quality standards.
- Cooking and Plating: Cook dishes, monitoring quality and consistency. Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, fryers, and blenders, safely and efficiently.
- Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Store ingredients and prepared dishes properly to avoid contamination.
- Adaptability: Adjust to menu changes or ingredient substitutions quickly. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
