Role Summary

Your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving a range of drinks, ensuring the bar area is well-maintained, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also collaborate with the kitchen team to provide seamless food service. This role is dynamic and fast‑paced, requiring strong multitasking skills, a calm approach under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset. You’ll work in a lively, energetic environment with plenty of interaction with diverse customers. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience by addressing any questions or concerns.
• Keep the bar area clean and orderly, including washing glasses and sanitizing surfaces.
• Monitor and restock bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware.
• Process payments accurately, including cash, card, and mobile transactions, and balance the register after shifts.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including ID checks for legal drinking age and responsible alcohol service.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with setup and service for special events and private functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of à la carte orders and maintain high standards for buffet preparation and service.

Multitasking & Soft Skills

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities during busy periods.
• Serve customers efficiently without compromising quality.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and swiftly.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ensure precision in orders, drink preparation, and payment processing.
• Display a positive, professional attitude and openness to change.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry heavy items like beer crates.
• Maintain a professional and well‑groomed appearance throughout shifts.
• Work in varying environmental conditions, including heat and confined spaces.
• Eligibility to work legally in the country of employment.
• Up-to-date documentation required by local or national governing bodies.
• A personal bank account in your name.
