Role Summary
As a Bar Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving a range of drinks, ensuring the bar area is well-maintained, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also collaborate with the kitchen team to provide seamless food service, from breakfast buffets to group meals. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring strong multitasking skills, a calm approach under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset. You’ll work in a lively, energetic environment with plenty of interaction with diverse customers. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include late nights, weekends, and holidays.
