Essential Requirements:
- Be eligible or have all necessary documentation to be legally employed in the country where you are based.
- All Documentation required by any Local / Regional / National certifying or Governing bodies in which to operate legally within your unit’s country.
- Have an up to date / active bank account in your own name.
- Be able to converse fluently in English.
- If living accommodation is not provided, have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the hotel / bar.
The Role – Main responsibilities:
- Booking guests into the Hostel, advising on our offering and services.
- Assisting guests with enquiries and questions – everything from do you have a hairdryer? to when is breakfast serviced?
- Managing the Beds and Bars booking system, ensuring all office administration is accurate.
- Ensuring an effective hand over to the day team.
- Working with the management team on security and safety.
- Advising guests on London attractions.
Previous experience in a customer-based role preferred but not essential.
