As the Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the visual identity of Beds & Bars brands.
You will lead the design department and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of design strategies across various projects.

Development: Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop and maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity for Beds and Bars across all touchpoints and brands.
- Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative design strategies for marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Creation: Create visually stunning and cohesive materials, including but not limited to digital and print advertisements, brochures, website graphics, social media content, and email marketing campaigns.

Design: Design basic web pages, landing pages, and app graphics/UI elements that reflect brand guidelines, working closely with the development team to bring designs to life.

Management: Manage and maintain Beds and Bars' central digital asset library, ensuring brand assets are organised, up to date, and easily accessible to teams across the business.

Management: Own and manage Brandgility, our digital asset management platform, including creating and maintaining a library of regular templates for use by teams across the business

Research: Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, competitor branding, and industry best practices to continually enhance the visual appeal of Beds and Bars.
Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design and branding, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work.
- Previous leadership or team management experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Animated content creation and editing experience.
- Basic web and/or app design experience (e. g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Experience managing a digital asset management (DAM) platform - such as Brandgility, Bynder, or similar - including creating and maintaining templates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
