Role Summary

As a Bar Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving a range of drinks, ensuring the bar area is well‑maintained, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also collaborate with the kitchen team to provide seamless food service, from breakfast buffets to group meals. This role is dynamic and fast‑paced, requiring strong multitasking skills, a calm approach under pressure, and a team‑oriented mindset. You’ll work in a lively, energetic environment with plenty of interaction with diverse customers. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drink Preparation & Service: Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience by addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the bar area clean and orderly, including washing glasses and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and restock bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, including cash, card, and mobile transactions, and balance the register after shifts.
  • Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including ID checks for legal drinking age and responsible alcohol service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Event Support: Assist with setup and service for special events and private functions.
  • Food Service: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of à la carte orders and maintain high standards for buffet preparation and service.
