Role Profile
As the Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the visual identity of Beds & Bars brands.
You will lead the design department and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of design strategies across various projects.

Experience
- Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design and branding, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work.
- Previous leadership or team management experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Animated content creation and editing experience.
- Basic web and/or app design experience (e. g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Experience managing a digital asset management (DAM) platform - such as Brandgility, Bynder, or similar - including creating and maintaining templates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and an understanding of its unique visual requirements is a plus.
