Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all customers at the bar and on the floor.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks with accuracy and speed, adhering to licensing laws and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, floor, and customer areas throughout your shift.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the environment is inviting and well‑presented.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly using the point of sale system.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Candidate Requirements
