Beds & Bars Group operates backpacker hostels, bars and pubs across Europe.

You will join the team to support the General Manager, ensuring smooth hostel rooms and pub floor operations with leadership and hands-on problem solving.

As a keyholder with supervisory responsibilities, you’ll help with rotas, training and guest greetings, while watching budgets and planning lively events to maintain a welcoming atmosphere across venues.
