Become a key part of our coastal hospitality team at Bedruthan. As a Food & Beverage Host, you’ll be the warm welcome, the friendly face and the upbeat energy that makes every guest’s experience memorable — from morning coffees to evening cocktails.
What You’ll Do
- Exceptional Hospitality — Deliver warm, polished service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar shifts.
- Guest Engagement — Greet guests, anticipate needs and create effortless dining experiences.
- Food & Drink Service — Serve dishes, craft barista coffees, support cocktail service and deliver room service.
- Section Readiness — Keep your area stocked, organised and ready for smooth service.
- Learning & Growth — Build menu, wine and service knowledge.
- Event Support — Assist with conferences, private dining and special occasions.
- Safety & Security — Maintain safe spaces and respond calmly in emergencies.

Helpful experience includes food & beverage service, barista or bar skills, food hygiene knowledge, guest-facing roles and basic emergency awareness — but we’ll support your development every step of the way.
Pay & Benefits
- £12.71 per hour + approx. £1 per hour in tips
- Permanent contract (minimum 32 hours per week)
