Are you an experienced, highly driven and motivated senior hospitality leader who can deliver exceptional service, operational standards and memorable guest experiences at every touch point in our guest journey? As one of our senior managers, you will help create an authentic place where people want to be. Working across both hotels, you will lead Reception, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Create activities and Retail with warmth, clarity and commercial awareness. You will be a supportive and inspirational leader who nurtures and coaches managers and teams, while remaining present, accessible and connected to the day-to-day guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring our stage is always set and looking spectacular, our guests are met with warmth and friendliness, and their experience feels seamless, joyful and memorable from arrival to departure.
- Executing a clear, consistent and adaptable operating plan for Reception, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Create activities and Retail that values each individual’s contribution and supports the wider hotel operation.
- Leading our Create activities and Retail offer so it is distinctive, well hosted, commercially aware and reflective of the Red Hotels experience.
- Focusing on sustainable practices to protect the business for the next generation.
- Working with our senior leaders across our business so it flourishes and all our people can contribute & celebrate this success.
- Coordinating your time effectively so our people appreciate the value of every interaction, and our guests appreciate your energy and passion.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Senior operational leadership experience in a high-quality hotel, hospitality or guest experience environment.
- Experience leading Reception, Housekeeping and guest-facing operational teams, with confidence overseeing standards, service delivery and team performance.
- Sound English both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage priorities and time using excellent organisation.
- The initiative to seek solutions, proactively solving problems.
- A passion for developing people around them to succeed together.
- Knowledge of booking and management systems, with an understanding of activities, retail, stock control or experience-led programming desirable.
