From the first welcome to the final goodbye, every interaction shapes a guest’s stay.
As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll play a visible, hands-on role across the hotels—supporting the guest journey wherever needed and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
One day might see you welcoming arrivals, the next supporting breakfast service or helping prepare spaces for guests—always focused on delivering a seamless, high-quality experience that we are loved for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and supporting guests with confidence and warmth
- Helping deliver a smooth and enjoyable guest journey from arrival to departure
- Supporting teams across the hotel during busy periods
- Engaging naturally with guests and creating relaxed, positive experiences
- Maintaining beautiful, welcoming spaces guests can relax in
- Playing your part in creating memorable stays guests want to return to
What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who:
- Enjoys making people feel welcome and looked after
- Stays calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Notices the small details that make a difference
- Works well as part of a supportive team
- Is proactive, reliable and flexible, bringing energy, warmth and authenticity to every shift
Experience in hospitality or customer service is helpful, but not essential. If you have a positive attitude, genuinely love people and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
