Are you a qualified Spa, Massage or Holistic Therapist looking to develop your career in one of Cornwall's leading luxury wellness destinations?

At Scarlet Hotel and Bedruthan Hotel & Spa, wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.

Inspired by the principles of Ayurveda, we use this ancient philosophy as a lens to better understand our guests, creating personalised experiences that restore balance, nurture wellbeing and encourage meaningful connection.

Set on Cornwall's spectacular Atlantic coastline, our award-winning spas offer far more than treatments.

We create space for guests to slow down, reconnect with themselves and leave feeling renewed.

We're looking for a passionate and intuitive Spa Therapist to join our team, delivering exceptional treatments while helping shape memorable wellbeing experiences across both Scarlet and Bedruthan.

The Role

As part of our spa team, you'll deliver a range of luxury treatments with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.

Every guest is different, so you'll take time to understand their individual needs, tailoring recommendations and treatments to create a truly personal experience.

Our therapists work across both hotel spas, supporting the wider guest journey wherever needed.

We're also continuing to grow our wellbeing offering, so experience delivering workshops, guided wellness sessions or wellbeing talks would be welcomed, although it's not essential.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver exceptional spa, massage and holistic treatments to the highest professional standards.
  • Carry out thoughtful consultations, using our Ayurveda-inspired approach to personalise each guest's experience.
  • Recommend treatments, rituals, aftercare and retail products with confidence and authenticity.
  • Create genuine guest connections through outstanding hospitality and intuitive service.
  • Support the wider spa experience across both Scarlet and Bedruthan, ensuring every guest journey feels seamless.
  • Contribute to our evolving wellbeing programme, with opportunities to facilitate workshops or wellness experiences if this aligns with your skills and interests.
  • Maintain exceptional treatment room presentation, hygiene and operational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in ongoing learning and professional development.

About You

You'll be someone who combines excellent technical skills with a genuine passion for helping people feel their best.

You'll have

  • A recognised qualification in spa, massage, holistic or beauty therapies.
  • A passion for wellbeing and creating personalised guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A calm, warm and professional approach.
  • The confidence to adapt treatments to individual needs.
  • Commercial awareness when recommending treatments and retail products.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across both spa locations.

Experience delivering wellness workshops, mindfulness sessions, breathwork, meditation or educational wellbeing talks would be a real advantage, but isn't essential.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Why Join Us?

  • £15.90–£16.90 per hour, plus a share of hotel tips.
  • Performance Boost Scheme, offering opportunities to increase your earnings.
  • Permanent contract with flexible working hours.
  • 28 days holiday, increasing to 29 after your first year.
  • Ongoing learning, development and career progression.
  • Work across two award-winning luxury spa destinations.
  • 40% discount on food and drink, plus hotel discounts.
  • Long Service Awards, including a complimentary overnight stay after your first year.
  • Health Shield Healthcare Plan.
  • Temporary team accommodation available (subject to availability).
  • Team socials, recognition awards and wellbeing initiatives.
