We're looking for a
Content & Social Media Executive to help
tell the story of Bedruthan and Scarlet.
From clifftop sunsets and spa experiences to weddings, events and the
people behind the scenes, you'll create content that inspires guests to visit,
stay and share their experiences.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves content creation and
understands that great social media is about more than likes. You'll know how
to create engaging content, spot trends, grow communities and use insights to
continuously improve performance.
One day you might be filming a Reel, styling a photoshoot or interviewing
a chef. The next you could be planning next month's content calendar, analysing
campaign performance or capturing content at one of our events.
Not all of that happens behind a desk. You'll occasionally work offsite
to capture content, visit partners and showcase experiences beyond our hotels.
Some evening and weekend working will also be required to capture events, busy
periods and those moments that can't always be planned.
What you'll be doing
- Creating engaging content across social media, website and blog channels
- Planning and managing a content calendar that stays ahead of schedule
- Capturing photography and video content across the business
- Creating on‑brand graphics and assets using Canva
- Organising and coordinating content shoots, including styling and creative planning
- Managing community engagement and helping grow our online audience
- Working closely with teams across the business to uncover stories worth telling
- Building relationships with local partners, influencers and collaborators
- Monitoring trends and spotting opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant
- Tracking performance and using insights to improve content, engagement and results
We're looking for someone who is...
- Creative - You consistently come up with engaging, on‑brand content ideas and enjoy finding new ways to tell stories.
- Organised - You can manage multiple priorities, maintain content calendars, coordinate shoots and keep projects moving.
- Commercially minded - You'll know how to create engaging content, spot trends, grow communities and use insights to continuously improve performance, helping turn audience engagement into bookings, enquiries and revenue opportunities.
Above all, you'll love hospitality, have a genuine passion
for social media and be excited about sharing the experiences, people and
places that make Bedruthan and Scarlet special.
