Bedminster Family Practice in South Bristol is seeking a Patient Navigator to join our Care Navigation Team. You will be the first point of contact, helping patients access NHS services, book appointments and access appropriate support.
The role is fully onsite at our practice with 21 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Starting salary aligns with the National Living Wage (£12.21/hour) with a six-month probationary review and clear progression opportunities within primary care.
