As a Girls' PE Teacher at Bedminster Down School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura's mission statement of "Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish". Responsibilities

  • Planning, delivery and assessment of lessons for allocated/identified groups of students, to ensure they achieve their individual potential.
  • Sharing in the corporate responsibility for the education, wellbeing and discipline of all students.
  • Supporting the development of all students in a tutor group.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualified teacher.
  • Excellent knowledge of recent developments in teaching and learning, and a good understanding of effective ways to facilitate learning.
  • Good communicator, with excellent teaching and classroom management skills.
  • Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.
