Join BEDMAX, the UK\’s leading equine and animal bedding manufacturer, as a Factory Manager at our Midlands base near Newark.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual eager to learn and progress into a leadership role. Some managerial experience is desirable – a strong willingness to develop is key. You\’ll initially work alongside an experienced manager with a staged induction before taking full responsibility for staff, operations, and assets, driving efficiency and process improvements.
