About Us: Join a dynamic and growing business in the furniture market. We specialize in delivering high-quality furniture products to a diverse range of retailers and marketplaces whilst also maintaining our own B2C retail sites, but are yet to fully break into the trade and contract sector. As we expand, we’re looking for a results-driven business development executive to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets through new business acquisition and account development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales revenue targets through new business acquisition and account growth within the trade and retail sector.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers across retail environments, including hotels, supermarkets, department stores, resorts, and other relevant outlets.
  • Achieve lead generation targets by identifying and pursuing high-potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver estimates, quotations, and cost proposals that meet the client’s requirements while maintaining profitability.
  • Handle incoming enquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and professional follow-up.
  • Secure and manage customer appointments to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
