The Account Executive is key member of the account team that will work closely with their Account Manager and Account Director on one or more accounts to ensure projects are delivered to the highest possible standards, on time, within budget and with a smile. The Account Executive is vital to maintaining our reputation for outstanding quality and service, and ensure continued success with our clients.

Applicants must be able to access our offices in Tunbridge Wells as this is a hybrid working role.

Our process:

The first step is a 15-minute Teams meeting to ensure mutual interest, followed by a 45-minute Teams interview with members of our senior team, then a 2-3 hour face-to-face practical skills assessment and panel interview with Directors at our offices in Tunbridge Wells.

We are not looking for support from recruitment consultants at this time.
