Join our Bedfordshire Supported Housing team as a valuable member.

Your role will involve working in an accommodation-based unit, leading in providing practical and emotional support to our service users, who may live independently with 1:1 support or in small groups.

Our service users are aged 18+ and may have conditions such as:

• Mental health issues
• Physical health issues

You will make a significant difference by assisting with daily tasks, including:

• Supporting access to community resources
• Attending appointments with service users
• Helping with personal care and household tasks, such as medication and meal preparation
• Developing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
• Leading or attending review meetings and communicating with health professionals

Requirements include experience and knowledge in caring for individuals with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviour. Ideally, candidates will have a NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Good management skills and strong communication abilities are essential.
