We are looking for an Assistant C&B Manager to support the C&B Manager in the smooth and efficient running of our Event spaces.
This is a hands-on role requiring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, support and train the team, and ensure our service standards remain consistently high.
THE ROLE:
- Assist the C&B Manager with daily operational tasks
- Oversee till reconciliation and ensure accurate cash handling
- Lead team briefings, manage rotas and breaks, and adjust staffing levels as needed
- Motivate the team to provide excellent service with attention to detail
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness in both front and back of house areas
- Report issues promptly to the C&B Manager
- Ensure punctuality and reliability to support operational success
- Serve food and beverages, including preparation of hot/cold drinks
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Follow instructions for event preparation, service, and clear-down
- Ensure all event spaces are left clean and ready for the next function
